What is the shelf life of your rice?

The shelf life of our rice is up to 30 months.

Is your rice low-arsenic?

Our Basmati White, Long Grain White, Arborio White are considered low arsenic rice. While our Brown Rice’s are not ‘low-arsenic’, we are always looking for methods to reduce arsenic in our rice.

What is the difference between organic and conventional rice?

A. In conventional farming, farmers use chemical fertilizers and pesticides for plant growth, to kill pests, and control disease.

B. Organic farming uses only natural fertilizers and pest control methods.

C. Exposure to conventional farming is not a healthy life style as harmful chemicals and pesticides are embedded in any conventional farmed products.

 

What is the difference between white and brown rice?

Brown Rice is a whole grain that contains the bran, germ, and carb-rice endosperm. White rice is further processed where the bran and germ are removed. Any brown rice will always have higher levels of fiber, vitamins, and minerals in comparison to white rice.

Our rice is grown in the Foothills of the Himalayas, Pakistan.
