How Nice Is Basmati Rice?
Basmati is a special type of long grain brown rice and white rice. The Basmati Rice is native to both in India and Pakistan. Basmati means fragrance and the perfect name of this grain as it is known as unique and beautiful aroma. Basmati rice recipe- PILAF:
Olive Oil or oil of choice
Dried Bay leaf and/or Cumin Seeds
Salt to taste

Sautee’ onions and seasoning in oil of choice.
Once it is saute, add in water and allow it to boil.
Once the water is boiling, add in rice.
Allow the water to boil down.
Once boiled down, turn heat to a medium-low and cover the rice.
Allow it to cook for 10-12 minutes.
Turn off heat and leave the rice covered for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Uncover and fluff with a fork and enjoy!
