Use: Arborio White
1 cup Arborio White Rice
8-9 cups of chicken stock
Sesame oil to taste
Salt to taste
Soy Sauce to taste
Scallions to taste
Additional options: poached egg, sriracha, kimchi, sautéed veggies, etc...
Rinse rice thoroughly.
Add chicken stock into large saucepan.
Add in rice and let it boil.
Stir continuously to avoid rice burning on the bottom.
Once it comes to a boil, lower heat and cover.
Let it cook on a low simmer for about 1-1.5 hour(s).
Stir every few minutes to make sure it doesn't burn.
Once there is a porridge-like texture, it is ready.
Serve in bowl and add on additional toppings and enjoy!
